ELC opens operations center in Prague, Czech Republic

The European Localization Center, a unique company providing globalization solutions, announced that it will shift its operations centre to a state-of-the-art services centre in Prague that will oversee all the company's operations. "We did look at many different locations -- India, Costa Rica, and so on," says Operation Manager at ELC. "We decided on Prague due to the low cost vs. the high return in quality and experience." Eastern Europe has been making a play for offshoring business based on its relatively low wages and physical proximity to Western Europe.
He stated, "We are very excited by the opening of these new location and feel it will be a catalyst for additional units to be opened in the next six months. We feel now that there are more opportunities presenting themselves every day, and we believe we will be able to add new units more rapidly."
The location provides a rich source of highly educated multi lingual International university graduates. It is also the location of the largest English speaking ex pats – American, Canadian, Australian, New Zealanders, English, Scots and Irish in the Central Europe.
